What we collect

The only personal data we collect is your email address, and only if you voluntarily submit it through our email sign-up form. We do not collect your name, location, device identifiers, or browsing history as part of the sign-up process.

Like all websites, our hosting infrastructure may log standard request metadata (IP addresses, user-agent strings) for security and performance purposes. These logs are not used for profiling or marketing.

Legal basis for processing

We process your email address on the legal basis of explicit consent. When you submit the sign-up form, you are giving informed, freely given consent for us to send you the updates you have requested.

We use a double opt-in process: after you submit your email address, you will receive a confirmation email. Your address is only added to our list after you click the confirmation link in that email. This ensures that only addresses you control are added to our list.

Email processor

We use Resend (Resend Inc., a US company) as our email delivery processor. Your email address is transferred to and stored by Resend when you sign up.

Transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area to the US are covered by Resend's Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under GDPR Article 46. Resend's privacy practices are described in their privacy policy at resend.com/privacy.

We do not share your email address with any other third party for marketing or any other purpose.

Retention

Unconfirmed contacts (addresses that have not completed the double opt-in confirmation step) are automatically purged from Resend within 30 days of submission.

Confirmed subscribers are retained for as long as they remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your email address will be removed from active sending lists. Residual records may be retained in suppression lists to honor your unsubscribe request on future submissions.

How to unsubscribe

Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. Clicking it will immediately remove your address from our mailing list. You may also request removal by contacting us directly at the address listed on the legal page.

Your data rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Erasure— request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent — you may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
